Kali is a Quality Engineer who has worked with AS9100 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems since 2018. She joined Birk Manufacturing’s team in 2024 and is working with quality system improvements, internal audits, corrective actions, FAIRs, and conformance to customer requirements. Kali is dedicated to upholding Birk’s commitment to customer service and delivering the best quality products.
Kali holds a degree in biology from Elmira College. She is passionate about learning, which has equipped her with the skills and curiosity to take on new challenges, including earning certificates for AS9100 Lead Auditor, IPC J-STD-001 Specialist, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Outside of work, Kali enjoys family trips to the beach, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband Dan, and cats Birdie and Otis.
