Todd Sakowski brings over 15 years of experience as a Quality Engineer and Quality Manager, particularly within AS9100-certified aerospace foundries. Joining Birk Manufacturing in January 2024 as a Quality Engineer, Todd quickly proved his expertise and leadership, earning a promotion to Quality Assurance Manager by June 2024. In this role, Todd manages Birk’s Inspection team and ensures the company’s compliance with AS9100 and ISO13485 standards.
Todd has specialized strengths in root cause analysis, corrective action processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. His Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean certifications from Villanova University further support his commitment to quality and efficiency. He resides in Niantic with his son and is the sole managing owner and brewer at Niantic Public House and Brewery, which he opened in 2018.
