Aimee Bachman brings a strong manufacturing and quality background to her role as Quality Engineer at Birk Manufacturing. Beginning her career as an Assembly Technician, she became a Certified IPC-620 Specialist and developed expertise in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematic interpretation. Her technical knowledge and problem-solving skills led her into quality inspection and continuous improvement roles.
Aimee joined Birk as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Technician where she acquired certification as an IPC-J-STD-001 Specialist. She later transitioned into Quality Engineering, where she focuses on maintaining high standards while helping customers achieve practical and effective solutions. She is passionate about hands-on learning, process improvement, and delivering quality products that meet customer expectations.
