Bruce brings over 37 years of manufacturing experience to Birk Manufacturing, where he oversees daily operations as Operations Manager. Since joining Birk in October 2023, he has managed a team of four direct report managers and 125 employees across two shifts, driving essential quality, safety, delivery, and financial goals to ensure Birk’s continued excellence. Technically strong with a proven ability to manage and lead teams, Bruce is also skilled in shifting into gap roles to address critical organizational needs. He has completed two Six Sigma Green Belt courses and has extensive experience in process improvement and operational optimization.
Before Birk, Bruce held roles as Operations Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and Senior Product Development Engineer, where he contributed to process efficiency and cost reduction efforts. Outside of work, Bruce enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, traveling, and attending live music events. Bruce’s leadership and technical knowledge make him an invaluable asset to the Birk team.
