As Procurement and Inventory Logistics Manager, Kristy Nelson brings more than 25 years of manufacturing experience to Birk Manufacturing, including over 15 years in management roles. She has extensive expertise in procurement, production planning, and master scheduling, helping ensure materials are available to support efficient operations and on time delivery.
Kristy holds a master’s degree in Operational Management and is committed to continuous professional development. She is an active member of both Women in Manufacturing (WiM) and the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), staying connected with industry best practices and advancements. Outside of work, Kristy enjoys spending time with her family, camping in Vermont, and taking trips to Disney.
