Kapton® Polyimide Heaters

At Birk Manufacturing, we utilize Kapton® polyimide as a high-performance insulating layer on our flexible etched foil heaters. At Birk Manufacturing, we leverage our extensive experience with various styles, including Acrylic, FEP, all-polyimide (AP) and high temperature (HT) based polyimides to provide the best solution possible. The AP and HT materials push the boundaries of traditional Kapton® polyimide heaters, enabling them to achieve temperatures of up to 300°C (572°F). See Specifications below for more information.
