Controllers

Birk Manufacturing’s controllers are designed to work seamlessly with our thermal management devices – thermocouples, RTDs, and thermistors – to maintain precise thermal control. The controller compares real-time readings with a user-defined set-point to adjust heating output and ensure optimal performance.

We offer a variety of control options, including On-Off (set-point), proportional, and PID controllers. For more specialized needs, our Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) controllers are tailored to the unique characteristics of the heater they were designed for, providing a unique solution for highly specialized systems.

Customized Solutions

Birk Manufacturing’s controllers are custom-designed for each application. Our expert engineers design controllers for a wide variety of applications using a number of control methods dependent on your project’s needs.

Birk’s controllers are designed to meet a range of size and shape needs. They can also be configured with a variety of communication/terminal options (3-pin connector, USB, etc.) and can be mounted according to the needs of your application.
